YouTube integration — October 4, 2026

AdMapix uses YouTube API Services. By using these features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.

You must have authority over the connected channel and rights to each video you upload. Review the title, description, visibility and audience settings before confirming. YouTube processing, account eligibility and API review determine availability and actual visibility; an upload receipt is not a guarantee that a video is public.

If an upload result is unclear, check YouTube Studio before retrying. Disconnecting AdMapix does not delete existing videos. Do not use the integration for spam, unauthorized uploads or violations of YouTube policies.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdMapix (the "Service") provided by MIAOZHIAI PTE. LTD. ("AdMapix", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore at 503 Canberra Drive, #02-10 Canberra Residences, Singapore 768125. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

AdMapix is an AI-powered ad creative intelligence platform providing ad library search, deep research reports, app rankings, and market analytics. Features may change; we will notify material changes via email or in-app notice.

3. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

4.1. Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until cancelled by you.

4.2. Authorization: By subscribing, you explicitly authorize AdMapix and our payment processors (Stripe; Alipay if selected) to store your selected payment method and charge it on each renewal date without further action from you.

4.3. Renewal notice: We will notify you by email to the address on file at least 3 days before each renewal, stating the renewal amount and date. You may cancel any time up to the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

4.4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page (/billing) inside the app, or by emailing support@admapix.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until then, and will not be charged further.

4.5. Price changes: We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' prior email notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance; otherwise cancel before the next renewal.

4.6. Failed payments: If a renewal charge fails, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Paid credit pack balances remain usable.

4.7. Inactivity: If you have not logged in for 12 consecutive months, we may cancel your active subscription and void the saved payment authorization as a protective measure. We will email you before taking this action.

5. Credit packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of credits to your account, valid for 30 days from purchase. Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including when no credits have been consumed. Unused credits expire after the validity period and have no cash value.

6. Refunds

Our refund policy is at /refund. Except for the limited exceptions stated there or where required by applicable law, subscription fees, renewal charges, credit packs, and other digital-service payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not reverse a completed charge.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download the Service beyond documented API limits; (b) resell, sublicense, or share account access; (c) use the Service to violate applicable law; (d) attempt to bypass billing or feature gates; (e) upload content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including reports, UI, and underlying models, is owned by AdMapix and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of your own inputs.

9. Data and privacy

We process personal data per our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ad intelligence data is sourced from public and third-party providers and may be incomplete or delayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent / abusive behavior. Upon termination, sections intended to survive (ownership, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Each version takes effect on its stated effective date and applies to purchases and renewals completed on or after that date. We will provide conspicuous notice before a new purchase or renewal is completed under a materially changed version, and will provide any longer advance notice required by applicable law.

X publishing prototype — September 18, 2026

X publishing is an optional, invited development prototype. Users must authorize their own X account, own or have rights to their content, review each preview and explicitly approve publication. Accurate AI and paid-partnership disclosures are required where applicable.

X Development apps use live APIs: approved Posts can be public and API reads, media operations and writes may incur provider charges. The pilot has a request limit, not a guaranteed monetary spending cap. A receipt marked unknown or needing review must be checked on X before creating a new request.

An active X app or purchased credits do not authorize API redistribution, white-label resale or general third-party SaaS availability. These uses are not offered by this prototype and require any separate written permission or contract required by X. Do not share platform credentials, collect unrelated X data, or use X content for AI training. Existing Admapix subscription and refund rules are unchanged.

Pinterest publishing pilot — September 17, 2026

The optional Pinterest integration lets invited developers and SaaS businesses provide account connection and original-content publishing to their authorized customers through documented Admapix APIs. This limited permission allows use of those integration APIs within the approved pilot; it does not permit sharing Admapix account credentials, reselling Pinterest tokens, or reselling unrelated Admapix datasets.

Customers must authorize their own Pinterest account and choose and approve each original Pin and board-creation action. You must have rights to the content you publish, provide accurate disclosures, and comply with Pinterest's terms and developer guidelines. You may not use this integration to collect arbitrary users' data, scrape Pinterest, train AI on Pinterest data, or perform unapproved competitor research.

Pinterest Trial access restricts visibility of newly created content. Public customer availability depends on applicable Pinterest approvals and completed service configuration. API receipts do not guarantee public visibility, and an interrupted request must be checked before resubmitting to avoid duplicates. Existing subscription, credit and refund rules are unchanged by this optional pilot.

Discord publishing pilot — September 18, 2026

The optional Discord publishing pilot allows invited Admapix customers to connect an authorized Discord server, bind a permitted channel and explicitly approve each message. The authorizing user must retain server-management authority and channel access. Messages are posted by the Admapix bot, not by an automated personal account.

You must hold rights to the content and attachments you publish and comply with Discord terms. This pilot is not for unsolicited messages, spam, mass mentions or arbitrary private-channel access. Unknown publishing results must be checked in Discord before creating a new request. Public availability and expansion remain subject to applicable Discord verification requirements. Existing Admapix billing and refund terms are unchanged.
