Refund Policy
Effective April 21, 2026
1. Summary
AdMapix offers a 7-day unconditional refund for first-time subscribers, full refunds for unauthorized charges caused by account takeover, and limited refunds for credit packs based on consumption. This policy governs all refund requests.
2. Subscription refunds
First-time subscribers: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge for any reason. The refund is processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Renewal charges: Renewals are not covered by the 7-day window because renewal reminders are sent 3 days before each charge and cancellation is available up until the renewal date. Refunds of renewal charges are considered on a case-by-case basis if the user can show they did not use the Service during the renewed period.
Pro-rata refunds: We do not pro-rate subscriptions mid-cycle. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Credit pack refunds
Credit packs are refundable only if no credits from the pack have been consumed and the pack is still within 7 days of purchase. Once any credits are consumed, the pack is non-refundable. Unused credits that expire (after 30 days) are not refundable.
4. Account takeover (ATO) protection
If your account is accessed without your authorization and charges are placed on your payment method, contact us within 60 days of the charge at support@admapix.com. Once verified, we will: (a) immediately suspend the subscription, (b) refund the disputed amount in full, (c) reset your credentials and review account activity, (d) cooperate with your card issuer or payment provider for any chargeback investigation.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@admapix.com from the address registered on your account. Include: (a) your username, (b) the charge date and amount (from the receipt), (c) the reason for the refund. We respond within 2 business days.
For Stripe-processed payments, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, Alipay). For Alipay, funds typically return to your Alipay balance within 1-3 business days; for cards, 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
6. When refunds are declined
We may decline a refund if: (a) the subscription was used substantively during the covered period, (b) the request is made after 60 days from the charge date, (c) there is evidence of fraudulent activity (e.g. repeated signup-refund cycles), (d) the charge is for a non-refundable item (already-consumed credit pack credits).
